Courtney ~ The Misfit ~
As the awkward one, Courtney Watson may not be as together as her sisters, but she excels at one thing—keeping secrets, including her white-hot affair with a sexy music producer. Planning Mom's wedding exposes her startling hidden life, changing her family's view of her—and how she views herself—forever.

Sienna ~ The Free Spirit ~
When Sienna's boyfriend proposes—in front of her mom and sisters, for crying out loud—he takes her by surprise. She already has two broken engagements under her belt. Should she say "I do" even if she's not sure she does?

Rachel ~ The Cynic ~
Rachel thought love would last forever…right up until her divorce. As Mom's wedding day draws near and her ex begs for a second chance, she's forced to acknowledge some uncomfortable truths about why her marriage failed, and decide if she'll let pride stand in the way of her own happily ever after.

A must-read for anyone who has survived the wedding of a sister, a mother, a daughter—as told by #1 New York Times bestselling author and master storyteller Susan Mallery!

My Thoughts…

This is a bonus book.   It is 4 marvelous stories within one book.   The characters all have their own stories to tell yet their stories intertwine perfectly.      Each character has the same history of a mother left by the death of their father to raise the sisters on her own.    There is no money and very little time for extra attention.   Yet, each sister reacts in their own way.   Their reactions vary from fear of commitment, to the need of control, or to the need to keep everything a secret to prove to everyone they are worthy.
While the sisters keep their struggles to themselves, not being willing to share the shame of struggling with anyone else.    These sisters each are close, best friends, and want to reach out to each other.      I wanted them to help each other.    They deserved to be happy and successful.    The theme of the story is being brave.  Each sister needs to be brave to find their happy ever after.
The 4th story is of the mother’s wedding.   Weddings will either tear a family apart with stress or pull them together to make it amazing.   I was thrilled as I could feel this family come together to give their mother the wedding she always dreamed of.      The stresses, the choices, and the fun in planning the wedding were portrayed perfectly.
The setting of the hotel was amazing.    I could see the ballroom, picture the small room Courtney stayed in, and feel the friendships built within its walls.    I chuckled at the misadventures that happen within the hotel, smiled at the love found, and worried about the secrets that were held.
